ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

• To ensure the result of every programme for every semester is not less than 90%.
• To ensure at least 25% students pass, achieve the GPA score of 3.00 or more for every programme and semester.      
   

STAFF EXCELLENCE

• To ensure all staff attend course / undergo practical for at least 7 days a year.
• To ensure Staff Training Plan Schedule which is approved by the Training and Career Division perform at least 85% in a year.

PROCESS EXCELLENCE

• To ensure all the procedures implemented effectively or achieve the desired performance indicator.
