MISION

Strengthen, optimize and manage PSMZA ICT resource efficiently and systematically for ensuring every operation runs smoothly.

OBJECTIVES

• Manage all PSMZA’s infrastructure channels to make it runs smoothly either involving equipment or networking software.
• Manage all PSMZA’s internal application systems either built by the unit itself or supplied by other organization.
• Maintain ICT equipment including tools and PSMZA’s computer software of which involves diversified departments and units.
• Develop and update portal as well as formal emails so they operate well and meet customers’ needs.
• Manage inventory of tools, computer software and PSMZA’s network.
• Improve the management system of Information Technology Unit to be more efficient.
• Strengthen the implementation of courses related to ICT in order to upgrade ICT skills, following current development.
